Overview

Three kind-hearted criminals, Joseph, Albert, and Jules, plan to escape from Devil's Island. Fate intervenes, and they find refuge with the kind-hearted but clumsy Felix Ducotel and his family. Felix runs a shop for his demanding, arrogant cousin André, who makes the mistake of stealing Albert's beloved pet, a poisonous snake!
